Anti-Condensation Coating

Aluform System-Technik GmbH’s Anti-Condensation Coating provides an effective protection from condensate

Condensation forms when the warm, moist air inside cools on contact with the aluminium profiled panels. Similar to the uninsulated roofs, condensation processes may occur during facade construction as well.

Aluform Anti-Condensation Coating offers more than just a protection from condensate:

• Fire prevention: Building Material Class A2 according to DIN 4102
• Noise protection and noise absorption: Depending on layer thickness and frequency of sound waves, coated profiled panels have a sound absorption capacity of 5 to 30 %, which will reduce the noise level inside the building.
• Sound damping: In cases of hail, heavy rainfall or wind, a sound damping effect is provided. Loss factor d komb = 0.02.
• Thermal protection: A resulting thermal protection effect reduces the rate of condensation. Thermal conductivity is 0.085 W/mK.
• Corrosion protection: An indirect corrosion protection effect prevents condensation from forming on the substructures.
