Aluform Siding profiled panels are used for covering walls and may be measured according to conventional specifications. For this reason, an approval by the construction authority is not required.

Today, it is the alloy ALMn1Mg0,5 EN DIN 485 that is widely used for Aluform Systems. This material has proven its optimum suitability with respect to strength, age resistance and appearance. Other features of aluminium include:

- weather and corrosion resistant
- high heat reflection capacity
- maintenance-free
- long lifespan
These excellent material characteristics combined with the proven profile shapes have successfully been utilized for years in Aluform Systems' products.
